Kopf Kino Kantaten – 24 pieces lasting one to two and a half minutes.

In the tradition of salon music, the pieces move between classical and jazz. They play with the familiar and the unfamiliar, with the repertoire and sound of the piano. Rhythmically diverse, with colourful sounds and melodies, they are intended to take the listener on a musical journey that tells of moments of solitude, waiting or lingering. Echoes of other piano music were neither sought nor explicitly avoided by the composer. The Kopf Kino cantatas evoke the history of the piano.
