2026 is the year we look back on 30 years of message salon

On 15 August 1998, Esther Eppstein invited guests to the message salon caravans for the first time – at “the message salon holiday camp” in Appenzell

On 23 August 1998, the publication “message salon Ankerstrasse 6, 8004 Zurich” (catalogue and VHS cassette in a cardboard slipcase) was released. The book launch was celebrated with a message salon art event on the square in front of the Kunsthaus Zürich.

On 4 May 2016 the publication “message salon Esther Eppstein” was released 

On 4 April 1996, Esther Eppstein opened message salon art space at Ankerstrasse 6 in Zurich’s Aussersihl district
