Zurich artist Zuni Halpern has invited her friends Mia Marfurt and Wanda Nay to a joint exhibition. They are showing prints and series in the large room and basement of Perla-Mode. The artists pose the question of the unique and the copy, the original and the reproduction, and the relationship between the individual and the masses. And who is the mysterious artist friend Kelly Tippsman?

Zuni Halpern reworked her formal, abstract, unique monotypes using the serial printing technique of screen printing. Mia Marfurt shows graphically stylised euro coins, which have been implemented on stone plates with up to eight printing passes. Wanda Nay presents a study with coloured pencil scribbles. By scanning and editing on the computer, and digitally printing in an oversized format, the individual handwriting of the coloured pencil stroke is given a new value, and through editing and presentation becomes a decorative gimmick, serial and uniform.
