Madame l’Ambassadeur Esther Eppstein invites you to visit the new premises of the message salon embassy Réception at Köchlistrasse in Kreis 4 in Zurich.
message salon embassy Réception is a contact point, archive, souvenir store and Madame l’Ambassadeur’s salon for private audiences. In addition, Madame l’Ambassadeur also welcomes visitors to the Réception for sporadic meetings or artistic presentations on a small scale. After a pandemic break of more than two years, message salon embassy residents are scheduled to return to Zurich in 2022. The Réception will be the starting point for expeditions into the Zurich art scene with Madame l’Ambassadeur.
message salon embassy Réception is a temporary stopover until the end of 2022, when the striking old building on Köchlistrasse will have to make way for a new building.
message salon embassy will present the new colorful fanzine “Homebody” with protocol drawings by Maria Pomiansky, created for the performance festival zurich moves! 2021 and the magazine “homebody”. Commissioned by message salon embassy, Maria Pomiansky visited Zurich artists at their respective places of work during the Pandemic Winter Lockdown 2020/21: at home.
The “Homebody” original drawings are on display as a complete series at the Réception, and can be purchased, as can the fanzine. At the same time, the publishing house Nieves presents the new risograph publication “Studio Visit” with drawings by Maria Pomiansky in the new premises at Ankerstrasse 27, just a minute around the corner from message salon embassy Réception.
