In October 2016, message salon embassy opened a temporary branch in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi. Madame l’Ambassadeur Esther Eppstein was on a secret mission to discover the Tbilisi art scene and to explore the Caucasian city.

On the occasion of the George Spanderashvili’s exhibition “One Was Going Down to The Road,” Madame l’Ambassadeur presents in Zurich message salon embassy’s new Zine “Recherche et Cherche Madame l’Ambassadeur”. It features photographs taken by a flaneuse through Tbilisi and the surrounding area.

Since October 2017, Georgian curator George Spanderashvili has been a guest at Binz39 foundation’s artist residency in Zurich. To mark the end of his stay, he presents “One Was Going Down to The Road,” an exhibition featuring artists from Tbilisi and Zurich who took part in Binz39 foundation’s residency program.
