Un-plugged TV shop

on view 24 hours from outside through the windows

Clare Goodwin makes televisions, hi-fi’s, speakers, dvds and video players out of old found cardboard boxes. “UN-PLUGGED TV SHOP” brings together her hand-painted devices, filling the space with many cardboard electronic replicas, lined up on shelves, one by one. In her UN-PLUGGED works, Clare Goodwin is mainly interested in the voluminous presence of these transformed carton boxes which in multiple series can develop a remarkable plastic potential. Along with her UN-PLUGGED SHOP, Goodwin will show other works from her un-plugged lightbox-series “Nam June Paik un-plugged” and “Maurizio Cattelan un-plugged”.
