Zurich-based photographer Yoki van de Cream is exhibiting personal photographs created especially for this exhibition at the message salon. “Kindchen Schema” is a kind of photographic diary that reflects the feelings, experiences, frustrations and moments of happiness in the life of a young mother. Staged photography is a means of expression and the camera is a constant companion in the photographer’s everyday life, between work, art and family.
After graduating from the Zurich fashion design class, Yoki van de Cream spent five years travelling around Europe and the USA as a dancer and performer. Following a torn ligament, she reoriented herself and discovered photography. Yoki van de Cream works as a freelance photographer for print media, the fashion industry and advertising.
