Madame l’Ambassadeur also hosts occasional meetings, exhibitions and presentations here. message salon embassy Réception is a temporary venue until probably the end of 2022, when the old building on Köchlistrasse will have to make way for a new building.
To mark the opening of Réception, message salon embassy is presenting “Homebody”, protocol drawings by Maria Pomiansky, which were created for the performance festival “zürich moves!” in the form of the festival magazine “homebody”. Commissioned by message salon embassy, Maria Pomiansky visited Zurich artists at their respective places of work during the pandemic winter lockdown 2020/21: at home. The complete series “Homebody” by Maria Pomiansky is being exhibited for the first time in its original form at the Réception, and message salon embassy is publishing a zine with all the drawings.
